This Privacy Policy explains how LUCKY7 ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit our website at https://primbetix.com/ and register your interest in our services. We are committed to processing personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

1. Data We Collect

At the current pre-launch stage, we collect the following information:

• Email address — the address you enter in the sign-up form.
• Technical and device data — collected when you have accepted cookies (see our Cookie Policy) and when you submit the sign-up form. This includes your IP address, browser user-agent, preferred language, and a device "fingerprint" produced by the open-source ThumbmarkJS library, computed entirely in your browser. The fingerprint is derived from browser and device characteristics such as screen and window size, time zone, platform and hardware hints, installed fonts, audio and canvas/WebGL rendering signatures, and network (WebRTC) characteristics, combined into a device identifier. We store this identifier and the underlying signals to recognise the same device. No fingerprinting data is sent to any third party.

We do not collect your name, payment details, or identity documents at this stage. Any password you may type into the form is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your email address to:

• notify you when LUCKY7 launches;
• send you information about our products, bonuses, and promotions, where you have not objected to receiving such communications;
• comply with legal obligations that may apply to us.

We use technical and device data (IP address and device fingerprint) to:

• protect the Website against fraud, abuse, and automated or duplicate sign-ups;
• maintain the security and integrity of our systems;
• understand, in aggregate, how the Website is accessed.

3. Legal Basis

We process your email address and device fingerprint on the basis of your consent, which you give by accepting cookies and submitting the sign-up form. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 7). We process your IP address and basic technical data additionally on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the Website secure and preventing fraud.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with:

• service providers that host our infrastructure or deliver our emails, acting on our documented instructions;
• public authorities, where disclosure is required by law.

5. Data Retention

We keep your email address until LUCKY7 launches and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. IP addresses and device fingerprints held in our access and sign-up logs are kept for a limited period for security and anti-fraud purposes and are then deleted or anonymised.

6. Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to stored email addresses, IP addresses, and device data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
